Scheduling an Appointment:
The Green Room Salon and Day Spa staff delights in the opportunity to serve and pamper you. Please be aware that when booking an appointment, it MUST be reserved by placing a valid credit card number on file. If a credit card number is not secured during the booking process, your appointment can not be guaranteed.
Please arrive at least 20 min. prior to the start of your appointment to have time check in and enjoy the full amenities of our luxurious facility.
Tardiness:
Please be advised that the service technicians are dedicated to providing the best spa experience possible for all clients. This means that if running late for an appointment(s), services may be abbreviated to maintain the appropriate schedule for all technicians and subsequent clients. The full service charge will still apply to the abbreviated appointment.
Cancellation(s):
Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of scheduled service/package price. No shows will be charged the full service/package price.
Personal Belongings:
The Green Room Salon and Day Spa will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles. If possible, please refrain from wearing jewelry since most spa services require bare skin for free movement.
Gratuity:
Service prices do not include gratuity, with the exception of group spa packages.
Gratuity is always appreciated by our exceptional service staff.
Spa Parties
Let the Green Room host your next social, wedding, charity or corporate event.
These customized events can be planned outside of normal hours of operation.

An ideal gift for any occasion is available for purchase in the Green Room Retail Boutique.
Spa Meals
We offer complimentary refreshments and snacks for our guests. But if you need a meal, let us order you breakfast/lunch for an additional fee. Prices my vary depending on the restaurant.
